Hello, I’m

THERESE

For the past two decades, I’ve helped people and organizations succeed by developing individuals into competent and compassionate leaders.

I’ve always been drawn to the intersection between business and psychology. I discovered my calling at age 15 when I came across career pamphlets while working at a library. My interests crystallized further when I witnessed my single-parent mom work at jobs with bad supervisors. It affected not only her and those she loved, but it motivated me to break the cycle by committing my career to developing effective, supportive bosses in service of those with less power.

Flash forward to today. As a leadership development consultant, I’m sharing my passions for leading and facilitating through 1:1 coaching, workshop development and delivery, keynote speaking, and a soon-to-be book.

In addition, I am the Director of Facilitation Excellence at Proteus International, I train leaders across world-renowned companies on increasing their impact through everyday facilitation skills. With a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I’m endlessly fascinated with bringing purpose to leadership for improved workplaces.

Self-awareness and conscious behavioral changes can often be the difference between careers that plateau and careers that skyrocket. I provide a practical approach to leadership by providing specific, actionable skills that help people who need to get things done with and through others.
